The best child portraits are achieved with some pre-planning in terms of their outfit options and location. After that, I like to just allow the kiddos to do what they do best...be kids. Not much posing going on. During my sessions, you'll find me on the ground rolling around, playing peek-a-boo, singing Cocomelon songs (Oh yeah, I know them all too well!), or just being silly ol' me...you get the idea.

My approach makes the experience fun and engaging for the little ones and not so frightening to be around a stranger. As a result of my method, we get some pretty amazing candid images that show genuine smiles, hugs, and laughter but lets not forget other amazing expressions like thoughtfulness, innocence, maybe even some mischievousness!
